He has extensive experience cultivating client relationships, building teams and leading PRISM as a premier IT services provider. Mark and PRISM have been recognized by INC magazine as one of the fastest growing businesses in America, Washington Business Journal as one of the top 25 IT professional services firms and was recently selected as one of the 100 SmartCeo's in the Washington, D.C. area. Mark is married and has 3 children.

Carol Cornman As an owner and Executive Vice President of PRISM, Carol exemplifies over 20 years of experience encompassing Business Development, Delivery, Operations and Executive leadership within the Information Technology Services industry. Her ability to build and execute strategic business plans and teams are centered on qualities that deliver maximum results. Carol's consultative focus and creative ability to find solutions amongst a magnitude of variables deem her as one of the experts in the industry. She understands that it takes the right team with ambition and an unprecedented positive spirit to accomplish anything. Her epic business ability ensures that she is called on to master superior success with any challenge faced. Kaushik Rathi, Vice President of Recruiting With over 12 years of experience in recruiting, business development and delivery, Kaushik brings a customer service and results oriented mindset to our recruiting team. He has proven ability to work with all levels of clients, candidates and recruiters to help ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal. Kaushik helps set the tone and direction for our Recruiting engine to be able to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment to secure and deliver talented professionals for our clients and cutting edge projects for our employees.

Rhonda Marsteller, Controller and Facility Security Officer. Rhonda's expertise includes compliance and financial problem solving.  She has extensive experience in coordinating the financial information with external auditors, setting up internal controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy of information within the company, along with the daily maintenance and preparation of the financial records.  As FSO she supervises and directs security requirements of the NISPOM and related Federal requirements for classified information.  Ms. Marsteller and her husband have two children.
