Mark Johnson is the President and CEO of PRISM. He has been in the staffing industry for 24 years and was one of the founders of PRISM in 1994. He has extensive experience in cultivating client relationships, building internal sales/recruiting teams and leading PRISM for 12 years. Mark is extremely passionate and proud of the accomplishments of PRISM and the recognition by INC magazine, The Washington Business Journal, The Washington Post and numerous Fortune 500 clients as a leader in the technology staffing area.

Bill Gates is one of the founders of PRISM and Vice President of Recruiting. With over 20 years experience in the recruitment of Technical Professionals, Bill's knowledge and experience play key roles in the training and development of PRISM employees. Bill designed and oversees the 'Mentor Training Program'. This is an intensive 90 day Recruiting and Sales training initiative for new staff, heavily focused on quality and customer service.
